Return & Refund Policy

Customer safety and hygiene are important for contact lens products. Unopened, unused, and resellable items may be eligible for return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to product condition and local rules.

• Opened, worn, damaged, or tampered lens products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
• Customers should contact support before sending any item back.
• Refunds are reviewed after the returned item is received and inspected.
• Original shipping fees, return shipping fees, customs fees, and payment processing costs may be non-refundable unless required by law.
• If the wrong item or a damaged item was received, customers should contact support with photos and the order number.
